Next Generation Retail Business Model Announced by H&M Group

H&M Group introduce new brand with innovative business model. This business model is new for retail but well-known for other business branches (e.g. Netflix, Spotify or Soho House). Main idea is to build a long term relationship with clients. In fact, pushing of short-term sales have more costs and risks.

Singular Society is a membership based brand that offers access to the some numbers of things per year for member fee. It is launching step by step and new members will be accepted gradually accordance to previews created list. Person can sign up to waitlist, and he or she will be invited to join as soon as brand is ready.

To join, client should signing up to waiting list. Client receive an invitation to own email. All signups will be invited to join in order of when they signed up.

Once client have been accepted, account have to be created. Different membership levels and payment options can be choosed.

Base and plus membership plans are available. Base allows you to buy 5 products per month, and Plus 25 products per month. Client can choose to pay monthly or annually. All plans run on 12 months from the date of payment, with 30 days opt out.
